Ingredients

8 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Ham
8 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Turkey
8 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Vegie Salami
8 oz (250 g) vegan cheese
1 cup (250 mL) gherkins
1 cup (250 mL) pitted black olives
1/4 cup (60 mL) grainy mustard
2 pkg (5 oz/150 g each) Sensible Portions® Garlic and Chive Crisps
4 cups (1 L) Terra® Chips, Mediterranean   


Preparation

  1. On large serving board, arrange veggie ham, turkey and salami slices; arrange cheese alongside. Add gherkins, olives and mustard to board. Serve with crisps and chips.

 

Tip: Garnish the board with small bunches of grapes, figs, nuts and grape tomatoes.
