1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
4 English muffins, split and toasted
2 tsp (10 mL) hot sauce
8 Yves Veggie Cuisine® Breakfast Patties, cooked according to package directions
4 prepared hash brown patties, cooked according to package directions
4 slices vegan cheese
8 thin slices tomato


  1. Spread avocado evenly over bottom half of each English muffin; drizzle with hot sauce.
  2. Top each with patties, hash brown patty, cheese slice and tomato slices. Cap with tops of English muffins.
