Kale & Quinoa Bites with Cranberry-Orange Sauce

- Heat oil in large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until soft.
- Stir in cranberry sauce, broth, marmalade and rosemary sprigs. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, until thickened. Remove rosemary; discard.
- Meanwhile, bake Kale & Quinoa Bites in oven according to package directions.
- Pour sauce over Kale & Quinoa Bites and serve. If desired, garnish plate with additional fresh rosemary sprigs.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
NOTE: This dish is perfect as a party appetizer for Thanksgiving or the festive season. Alternately, serve sauce on the side as a hot dipping sauce.
