Indian-Inspired Caramelized Onion Yogurt Dip

- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring often, until golden brown and soft. Stir in garlic and spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Let cool.
- In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, cilantro, lime rind and juice and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in onion mixture until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to a day.
- Bake Falafel Balls in oven according to package directions. Serve hot with dip.
Makes about 1 cup (250 mL).
NOTES: Recipe may be doubled; use 1 tub (500 g) The Greek Gods® Traditional Plain Yogurt. Dip may also be used with Yves Veggie Cuisine® Kale & Quinoa Bites.
