Ingredients

  • 8 cups of Europe’s Best® Frozen Fruit (2 bags needed)

    • Can use an Europe’s Best® Frozen Fruit desired

  • 4 cups sugar  

Preparation

  1. Place frozen fruit in refrigerator for about 4 hours, until partially thawed

  2. In a wide bowl, crush thawed fruit.

  3. Pour crushed fruit into saucepan and combine in sugar and bring to low heat until the sugar is dissolved 

  4. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to boil

  5. Transfer jars to glass mason jars and refrigerate until cool

Makes about 5 cups
