Sales Coordinator/Office Administrator (1 Year Contract)

Location: Toronto

Starting Date: ASAP

Hain Celestial Canada, a division of the US-based Hain Celestial Group, is an industry leader providing consumers with superior food and personal care products for a healthier way of life.  We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of SALES COORDINATOR/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (1 Year Contract). 

  • Data entry into Adage (ERP)/pricing inquires, trade analysis
  • Assist in pricing and promotion inquiries from Customer Service
  • File Updating (Vacations, new product summary, expenses, travel, etc.)
  • Office duties: ordering office and kitchen supplies, maintain contract files, courier shipments, sort mail and magazine subscriptions, ship sales samples/marketing materials, company mailings
  • Book travel for Sales department & prepare monthly flight report
  • Schedule and set-up all WebEx meetings for the East; assist with office catering needs
  • Greet visitors and answer phones
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to quickly learn new programs)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education (Diploma, Degree)
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Office Administration
